Here’s a taste of the unmissable line-up hitting your screens at the end of June and into July.

Tyla hosts the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards!

This year, the awards are hosted by South Africa’s very own global sensation and Grammy winner Tyla. The Kids’ Choice Awards are an annual highlight on the Hollywood calendar, bringing together all the stars kids and teens love – plus, a tonne of green slime. Watch the awards at 17:00 on 25 June on Nickelodeon Channel 305 to get up close and personal with some of your favourite celebs, and to see who takes home the iconic trophies ... and who gets slimed.

Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths

DC’s animated Justice League trilogy Crisis on Infinite Earths is based on the legendary 1985-86 crossover comic book series by Marv Wolfman and George Pérez. In Part Two, the Anti-Monitor (Ato Essandoh from X-Men: Dark Phoenix) is released into the DC Multiverse. When he begins to destroy the different Earths that compose it, the Monitor (Jonathan Adams, who voiced Ronan the Accuser in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy series) must recruit heroes from across the Multiverse to fight back.

Sonic the Hedgehog 3

The #10 biggest box office hit of 2024, Sonic the Hedgehog 3 returns the world’s fastest, bluest, most-beloved hedgehog to our screens in his most thrilling adventure yet. This time, Sonic, Knuckles, and Tails reunite against a powerful new adversary, Shadow, a mysterious villain with powers unlike anything they have faced before. With their abilities outmatched in every way, Team Sonic must seek out an unlikely alliance in hopes of stopping Shadow and protecting the planet.

Wicked

The untold story of the witches of Oz was nominated for 10 Oscars this year, including Motion Picture of the Year, winning Best Costume Design and Production Design, as well as over 100 other awards. Cynthia Erivo, who plays Elphaba, a powerful young witch with unusual green skin, and Ariana Grande, who stars as Glinda, a wealthy, popular wizarding student who envies and admires Elphaba’s powers, were both nominated for Oscars, as Best Actress and Supporting Actress respectively.

Lamput

These shorts, featuring the clever orange nutcase called Lamput, are a delight for younger viewers. Lamput has to constantly evade two evil scientists who are hot on his heels after he has escaped from their lab, and the antics he gets up to along the way are all part of the fun.

Looney Tunes’ first animated character, Porky Pig, turned 90 this year! To celebrate, Warner Bros. and Ketchup Entertainment bring us the first fully-animated feature-length film in Looney Tunes history: The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie! Porky Pig and Daffy Duck become unlikely heroes when they are forced to team up to save the world from aliens hiding in their local bubblegum factory. The two are mortal enemies, but they’re united by their mission... while driving each other totally looney along the way.
