It’s called We Got You, and it’s the upgrade that rewards customers simply for staying connected.
From 01 January to 28 February, active customers, reconnecting customers and new DStv subscribers who pay for their package in full will automatically be upgraded to the next package. It’s our way of saying “We Got You.”
DStv wants customers to start the year with value that matters. The We Got You upgrade lets households pay less but unlock more – more stories, more channels, more sport, more kids’ favourites, more local entertainment, and more international hits. It’s a simple offer designed to bring families together without stretching January budgets.
Who qualifies
- Current DStv customers who stay connected
- Customers who reconnect during the promotion period
- New subscribers who join between 01 January and 28 February
All qualify to receive the upgrade once payment reflects.
Here’s how the upgrade works
When you pay for your current package, DStv automatically bumps you up to the next one:
- Pay for DStv Access get DStv Family
- Pay for DStv Family get DStv Compact
- Pay for DStv Compact get DStv Compact Plus
- Pay for DStv Compact Plus get DStv Premium
The upgrade applies to decoder viewing. At the end of the promotion period, you’ll simply return to your usual package.
Easy ways to stay connected
You can pay or reconnect using the DStv website, the new MyDStv App, USSD, mobile money (where available), banking channels, card payments or walk-in agencies.
