Payments are now made easy with DStv Africa Self Service. You can pay With DStv Africa Self Service, making payments is quick and simple. Using our digital platforms, you can pay for your own subscription or assist others in paying for their DStv service. You can use our redesigned DStv USSD, DStv WhatsApp, the new DStv.com website, or the MyDStv app. As a client, kindly make sure you have the appropriate information available. This contains the mobile number you used to register for your DSTV account, as well as your surname. Additionally, please make sure your Smartcard number is ready.

By simply setting up Recurring payments, you can now forget about missing payments or forgetting your due date. Setting up a recurring payment entails committing to DStv taking care of the balance due each month automatically from your bank account on the due date, without requiring any action from you!

Quick Payment Steps:

• Choose Pay Now
• Edit amount to pay or click “Pay Now”
• Select payment provider.
• Select set up auto-renewal
• Click continue button
• Accept the terms and conditions.
• Click continue button
• Enter card details, CVV no and expiry date.
• Select save and pay.
• Enter OTP and verify
• You will receive a "success" payment notification.

Here’s how to make a payment :

MyDStv App:

Quick Payment Steps:

• Login to the MyDStv App by selecting your Country, enter Surname or Mobile number and proceed to enter smartcard number.
• On the app landing page, select the “Pay Now” button or select the “Pay” Icon on the menu tab found at the bottom of your screen.
• The next screen will provide the option to edit the “Amount to Pay” you can edit the amount or simply select “Pay Now”
• To proceed select Visa or Mastercard as the payment provider.
• Select set up “recurring payment “
• You will receive a pop-up message, please read this carefully and then click continue to proceed.
• Read the terms and conditions, accept by selecting the tick box and select continue to proceed.
• Enter your correct card details, this includes the CVV number (3 or 4 digits behind your card) and expiry date.
• Select save and pay
• You will be required to verify your payment details by entering the One-Time-Password (OTP) that will be generated and sent to your mobile number.

Once you have verified the payment and entered the OTP, you will select continue and await a confirmation message which will alert you if the payment has been Successful, Pending or Not Successful.
